Simple Scoring System

ecobeco’s Green Home Certification uses an easy, objective scoring system that rewards upgrades² for energy-efficiency, renewable energy, eco-friendly materials, and more. “Light Green,” “Green” and “Dark Green” ratings recognize home owners who have made small to substantial investments.

The homes listed here are available for sale at the time they are listed. We update this site as Realtors report updates to us. Homes not available for sale (ie - under contract, sold, taken off the market) are removed from this list.

ecobeco's Green Home Certification starts at $125 for homes up to 2,500 square feet. Add $50 for homes 2,500 - 4,999 square feet. Add $100 for homes over 5,000 square feet.

 

Customers who have had Whole Home Energy Audits with ecobeco or who have already had a Green Home Certification walk-through and are re-testing their homes save 25%.
