Energy Audit Cancellations

ecobeco understands that personal emergencies happen. However, when our auditors commit their time to your appointment, and that time is missed without sufficient notice, our auditor becomes idle. Therefore, we have developed a policy to allow customers one opportunity to make a last minute cancellation or one no-show of an appointment. A last minute cancellation is a cancellation within one business day of your appointment date. A no-show is when no one is home within 20 minutes of an appointment start time. A customer who has had one last minute cancellation or no-show and who attempts to cancel at the last minute or no-shows a second appointment will be refused service in the future. For sales made by EFI or Battic Door Conservation Products, the Returns Policies, Privacy Policies, Security Policies, etc. from those websites governs your transaction. ecobeco does not accept returns for purchases made on a non-ecobeco website.
